About Being a Sponsor

Sponsorship Levels are based on cash contributions to the 2009 PrimeTime Weekend NOT the value of In-Kind gifts; which are typically
subjective in nature and difficult to quantify. However, In-Kind Sponsorships will be assessed on a case by case basis to determine the level of exposure given at the Event. Company is responsible for providing all images (JPEG, TIF, EPS, etc) for inclusion on marketing materials, websites and other mediums used to advertise PrimeTime Weekend. Content for special and customized e-mail promotions must be approved by
PrimeTime Management Team prior to dissemination. All transactions are final. All checks should be made payable to:
